About Us
Rocking Chair Quilts is owned by Marsha Youngblood. She has lived in Butler, MO for the past 8 years. She is a proud Mom of 4 and is dearly loved by her kids, grandkids, and family. Marsha's love of quilting and all things sewing has led her to her dream of owning her own quilt and fabric store. From an early age, her Grandma and Great Grandma shared with her their love of quilting, and a love of all things sewing from her Mother and Aunt. It's been handed down through generations of her family and she, in turn, is continuing that tradition.
She is excited to share her knowledge in store, on her Facebook page, and on her YouTube channel. You won't find a more dedicated and passionate person than Marsha! And just as much as she loves to talk all things sewing, she also loves to expand her own knowledge and is looking forward to what others can teach her!
Marsha, Karen and Marcia can help answer any quilting question! Just call and test their skills! We will also have guest speakers and teachers along the way! She has several new lines being added as well as a large variety of classes and fun demos. Tuesday night videos will be continued at 7:00 pm weekly on Rocking Chair's Facebook page.
